Grandpa

Grandpa is doing well. He was finally taken off of the ventilator late lastnight. They were having a hard time getting him off of it. His body was fighting it too much. They finally figured out that his back was hurting him too bad for him to relax enough. He was fighting the machine breating for him. But anyway, they got his pain under control and were finally able to remove the tube. He was awake lastnight, even though he is still unable to talk because of the tube being down his throat for so long. He seems to be doing great. The surgery was very successful and he should be home this weekend! PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!
